Camp TWIGS

Day Camp

Camp TWIGS is the perfect place for our littlest campers, ages 6-8, to come together to make lots of fun memories while hiking, swimming, climbing, singing, crafting, and making new friends!

Camp TWIGS is hosted at Camp Dart-Lo which sits on 51 acres on the Little Spokane River in North Spokane. Just 20 minutes from the heart of Downtown at 14000 N Dartford Dr, Spokane, WA

Games & Activities

Explore all the possibilities of fun.

Camp Dart-Lo features its very own climbing wall complete with 3 different sides to climb and a variety of unique ways of getting to the top! This outdoor wall is suitable for all ages and supervision is provided by Camp TWIGS staff.

We’re fortunate to have not one, but two swimming pools available for our TWIGS campers! The water park offers a full-size outdoor swimming pool and a zero-entry wading pool for campers of all ages. There’s also several water fountains and a diving board offered so you’ll never get bored! Lifeguards are provided by Camp Dart-Lo staff.

Camp TWIGS has always prided itself on its stellar campfire programs! Come belt out a tune with our counselors as we sing songs at the top of our lungs, hip-hop to dance routines and enjoy hilarious skits. We close each day of our camp with campfire and it’s definitely a highlight for both our campers and our staff.

Our campers are some of the most artistic and creative kids around! Camp TWIGS is therefore happy to offer a variety of fun and interesting arts and crafts projects for all to enjoy. We feature arts and crafts daily and some of our most popular projects are face painting, necklace building and tie-dying t-shirts!

You never know who might drop by Camp TWIGS and say hello! Anyone from a local firefighter with Type 1 Diabetes to a former camper-turned-physician might stop in and say hi to our campers. We absolutely love for our kids to see and hear from people in the community who are just like them!

Our campers love competing and at Camp TWIGS we do it a little differently. Staff and counselors alike compete in such relays as wheelbarrow races, 3-legged races and even some on big bouncy balls. The only rule is you must have fun!

Since Camp TWIGS is held on 51 acres of beautiful terrain near the Little Spokane River, we like to start off camp with a laid-back scavenger hunt! Campers get a chance to learn the layout of camp and have fun meeting their counselors and other camp friends at the same time. If you search hard enough you may even find our mascot, Twiggy, hiding in the elephant graveyard!
